These terms and conditions govern the sale of products by us (Pennington Mobility) to you through our website. Pennington Mobility is a trading name of Havenhurst Limited. All sales are subject to these terms and conditions and no others shall apply.
All our products are priced in pounds sterling (£) and prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT at the current rate as appropriate. Many of our customers may be able to claim relief from VAT, by providing us with the relevant information when they register. Please see VAT exempt customers for further information.
Please note there are penalties for making false declarations. We reserve the right to reject and cancel any orders where we do not accept your VAT exemption.
We process all credit and debit card payments via PayPal and can, therefore, accept most major card types. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment, although if you do, you may choose to pay via your PayPal account. Please ensure that you provide the cardholder’s name as it is shown on the card and the address as it appears on the card statement. We regret that we cannot dispatch your order until payment has been confirmed.
We aim to dispatch goods as soon as we receive your order either from our well-stocked shop or directly from our suppliers. As the sizes of our products vary enormously we use a number of different carriers. You will be notified by email when an order is on its way to you. Deliveries are normally made within 3 – 5 working days. There is a standard delivery charge of £3.95 and there is FREE DELIVERY for all orders over £50
Money Back Guarantee
We are pleased to offer a refund for any item ordered from our website, or by telephone or post, if you wish to return it for any reason as long as the item is returned to us in line with our Returns Policy. Please note that you must advise us in writing or by email, within 14 days of receipt of goods, of your intention to return an item. For full details, please refer to our Returns Policy. Under normal circumstances, an item may be exchanged for another if it is returned in line with our Returns Policy. However, we regret that we will have to make a further delivery charge for the replacement item.
We regret that we are unable to accept orders for delivery outside the UK.
Our website uses industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your personal information including names, telephone numbers and addresses. The encryption process converts the characters that you enter into code that is then securely transmitted over the Internet. All payment information is handled by PayPal via their secure payment gateway so we do not store any of your payment information on our website (further information on PayPal’s security can be found here). When you place an order, a small padlock will appear in your browser indicating that any information provided cannot be viewed by a third party.
