Pennington Mobility terms and conditions of use

These terms and conditions govern the sale of products by us (Pennington Mobility) to you through our website. Pennington Mobility is a trading name of Havenhurst Limited. All sales are subject to these terms and conditions and no others shall apply.

All our products are priced in pounds sterling (£), and prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT at the current rate, as appropriate. Many of our customers may be able to claim relief from VAT, by providing us with the relevant information when they register. Please see Registering for VAT Exemption for further information.

Please note there are penalties for making false declarations. We reserve the right to reject and cancel any orders where we do not accept your VAT exemption.

We process all credit and debit card payments via PayPal, and can therefore accept most major card types. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment, although if you do, you may also choose to pay via your PayPal account. Please ensure that you provide the cardholder’s name as it is shown on the card, and the address as it appears on the card statement. We regret that we cannot despatch your order until payment has been confirmed

Money Back Guarantee
We are pleased to offer a “no-quibble” refund for any item ordered from our website, or by telephone or post, if you wish to return it for any reason, as long as the item is returned to us in line with our Returns Policy. Please note that you must advise us in writing or by email, within 14 days of receipt, of your intention to return an item. For full details, please refer to our Returns Policy. Under normal circumstances, an item may be exchanged for another, if it is returned in line with our Returns Policy. However, we regret that we will have to make a further delivery charge for the replacement item.

Website Security
Our web server uses industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your personal information including debit or credit card numbers, names and addresses. The encryption process converts the characters that you enter into code that is then securely transmitted over the Internet. Your card details are not sent to us, so we are not able to store them in any fashion. When you place an order, a small padlock will appear in your browser indicating that any information provided cannot be viewed by a third party.

International Orders
We regret that we are unable to accept orders for delivery outside the UK.
