Our terms and conditions of delivery and returns

Standard Delivery

For orders up to £50,  our standard delivery charge to addresses in mainland UK is £3.95 per order, including pick, pack and despatch. This will be clearly visible when added to your order both in your cart and on the checkout page. Orders over £50 are delivered free of charge.

We always aim to despatch your goods as quickly as possible, by Royal Mail or courier. Normally, this means that you will receive your order in 5-7 working days. We will do our best to inform you of any delay. If you have not received a delivery within 14 days of order confirmation, please contact us for advice.

We do not deliver outside mainland UK.

Pick up in-store

We offer the option to pick up your order direct from our Pennington store at no charge. We will inform you by email when your order is ready for collection. Whilst we hold many of the smaller items instock, out of stock items should be available for collection within 3-4 working days (subject to availability). We will do our best to inform you of any delay. If you have not received a collection email within 14 days of order confirmation, please contact us for advice.

Free local delivery

We offer free local delivery to addresses within the SO41 post code area.

Returns Policy

We are pleased to offer a 14 day returns policy.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your order by informing us in writing or by email within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You may return them to us for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging, and accompanied by a completed Returns Form, and the original Receipt/Delivery Note. This pledge does not affect your statutory rights.

We regret that we cannot accept returns of personal hygiene products if the seal has been broken (unless they are faulty), or Special Order products. In these cases we reserve the right to refuse returns and/or to charge you any related costs.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which are faulty, please follow the instructions on the Returns Form, and return them for a refund or replacement.

If you return an item after the 14 day cancellation period, or in less than the original undamaged condition, we may not accept it, and it may be returned to you at your expense.

If you wish to return an item, please download and print a Returns Form, complete the form, and return it with the goods. (For large items, we can arrange for a collection – please contact us for a cost).

Pennington Mobility cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit.

Please return the item by an appropriate, secure method. We recommend you use Recorded Delivery or a courier. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting. We regret that we cannot refund the cost of the return postage, unless the goods are faulty.

If a refund is due, we will aim to process this as quickly as possible, by cheque or to your credit card, within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of your Returns Form.
